Yes, it's my very first blog, designed to keep you au courant on all my activities, from the mesmeric to the mundane. Hooray!
Nine days remain until I depart, so naturally I'm spending my last moments in the heart of Floyd's Knobs with family and consuming foods which I will miss (Arni's pizza). On the 4th of July we're having a bigdeal pig roast party celebrating 1) the birthdays of Grandpa, Gpa, and our nation, 2) my bon voyage, and 3) welcoming Heather to the practice. And the cake is going to say all of that in icing, too.
So that about wraps up my premiere blog post. I hope it won't be my last! (which it may very well be, knowing me...)
p.s. Kudos to my lovely brainy sister Ellenbellen who created my blog's name "feztivities!" I'm informed it's a triple entendre which is just a "whole new level of smart" and uber-cool.
